Our experience with high quality residential homes and our attention to customized details are also brought to our work in commercial projects. We feel our company has the knowledge and understanding of the scope of work to complete projects with our experienced crew and reliable team of subcontractors, in a cost effective and timely manner. Our firm and several of our employees are RRP certified in renovation. Several of our recently completed projects were funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), where we strictly followed the Davis Bacon and Buy American Acts.
Construction Management
We also provide Construction Management Services including pre-construction planning and coordination, to meet project expectations, financially and functionally. In this, we provide management in all phases of construction; administering regular meetings, coordinating between owners, design professionals and subcontractors, maintaining project budget and schedule and handling the administrative tasks required to successfully complete each project.
